Lesson Description

For a local ministry to function effectively, it must be properly organized and administered. When our bodies lose coordination, we will stumble and can fall. The same is true within the body of Christ. If a ministry or church grows, there will be intentional coordination and organization that serves the families of the church and community.

In our previous lesson, “Planning in Children’s Ministries,” we discussed the importance of vision, mission, goals, and objectives in your ministry. Once these are defined, as leaders we must determine how our ministry will be organized and who will be involved. This lesson provides a biblical foundation for organizing, as well as discusses how to structure for growth in ministry, develop job descriptions, conduct effective team meetings, and make informed decisions..
