Lesson Description

One of the greatest challenges in children’s ministry is communicating effectively. Our success in accomplishing our goals and serving our families with excellence depends largely on how well we communicate to our children, families, volunteers, fellow leaders, and pastor. The growth of our ministries, impact of our programs, and strength of our team are all enhanced greatly when we communicate clearly and consistently.

In this lesson, we will discuss the communication process and principles of healthy communication within the children’s ministry. We will identify the various audiences that we must communicate with in children’s ministry, discuss various communication tools available to the children’s minister, and decide how and when to communicate our messages.
