Evaluation is a process that helps answer the question, “How are we doing?” As a leader, evaluation is one of the most important processes that you can engage in as it helps establish standards for excellent ministry, provides clarity for those serving in ministry activities, and reinforces desired outcomes or objectives for your ministry. 

In this lesson, you will learn that evaluation is not only about assessing our successes or failures. Evaluation brings personal improvement to our volunteer teams, a foundation for necessary changes, brings clarity to our objectives, can lead to the restructuring of our ministries, and advances our ministry methods.
